When choosing a start time, keep in mind that bridal hair and makeup typically take 2-3 hours (Desi brides can range 3-4 hours)
on average to complete depending on the style. Blowdry is not included in any bridal or special event service, so hair must be 100% dry, and blow dried straight and ready to be worked on prior to start time. Arrival times before 7:00 am are an additional $100, and this includes driving time if it’s over 15 minutes.
Arrival times before 6:00 am are $200, and this includes driving time if it’s over 15 minutes.
To start 5-5:45 $150 (at my location).
To start 6-6:45 $100 (at my location).
Please also note the additional $100 per holiday date for bookings on holiday long weekends such as Labor Day Weekend Fri-Mon, Memorial Weekend Fri-Mon, Thanksgiving (Includes Thursday Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Thanksgiving weekend), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, and U.S. Independence Day (July 4th).
DELAYED START TIMES
A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled makeup exceeds allotted time because of excessive client delays. This also includes anyone in the booked party. The Artist is not responsible for tardiness due to the Client being late and not prepared with dry hair and desired looks as previously stated. This late policy is the same for Trial Appointments. This is Non-Negotiable.
Please take into consideration, a time commitment is made to you on behalf of ‘BBLC’ that is reserved in advance for your requested booked date(s) without the possibility of guaranteed replacement booking(s) nor the replacement/compensation of additional hours invested in email/text/phone conversation correspondences, etc. etc. if you should decide to cancel.
If for any reason the client must cancel the booked event or any services on a service agreement, the deposit paid will not be refunded NOR transferred to another date or other person(s) requesting service(s) for event(s). If any services that were originally agreed upon and deposit was placed to reserve those particular services to be done at a particular time that was agreed upon, were to be cancelled for any reason on behalf of the client, yet client decides to keep appointment date to perform some but not all the services that were originally booked and reserved; original remaining 50% of total balance will be due on date of service(s) rendered. Deposit is non-refundable nor non-transferable for reasons including but not limited to on behalf of booking client; cancellation of event(s), date change(s), change in services desired, weather, sickness, passing of family member, dissatisfaction of makeup trial, other acts of God, etc. If services are cancelled the ‘day of’ by the client, the full amount of requested services listed on the contract must be paid in full regardless of client’s reason for cancellation. Notice of cancellation on behalf of the client must be made in writing through email, stating their name, what services they are cancelling (full or partial agreement of services), location agreed upon of where services are to be rendered, date of service(s), and time slots that were originally reserved. Letter of cancellation written by booking client is a confirmation and acknowledgement that client is cancelling is forfeiting services and deposit paid.
Pricing and details are subject to change without notice, however if a deposit has been placed reflecting deposit/total amount, full breakdown of rates specified to client’s service request will be honored.
All terms and conditions stated and written in personal correspondence with the client (via text/email) will apply, with or without a written contract.
Payment of deposit is Client’s acceptance of terms and conditions as outlined in BeautybyLindaChiriac’s policy/rate sheets as posted on this site or where otherwise noted when client inquired about services, through verbal/email/text acknowledgment/agreement, OR on the Booking Policies’ tab of the website
